Mommy and Me Fitness is a full-body exercise program designed to build strength, flexibility and aerobic fitness for moms returning from childbirth. Each class will address proper pelvic floor and core recovery, posture and flexibility through cardio and strength training, all with the proper progressions to keep you feeling challenged. The best part? Your baby is with you!

Class meets once a week on Tuesdays from 5-6pm in the Sajak Atrium (2nd floor Sajak Pavilion). Park in garage D.
$15 per class when registering for the entire workshop (8 week session, $120). Drop in fee $25.
