Praised by The New York Times for its “focused, fluid performance” and by Sequenza 21 for its “fire, fantasy, and absolute musical commitment,” the Momenta Quartet presents an imaginative program of both masterworks and cutting-edge new pieces for string quartet — including Ralph Vaughan Williams’ atmospheric On Wenlock Edge and new works for voice and quartet based on contemporary Persian poetry, featuring special guest tenor Andrew Fuchs. This concert will be held on Thursday, Feb. 21 at 7:30 p.m., in Binghamton University's Casadesus Recital Hall.
