This isn't your typical postpartum class!

We have designed a certified postpartum HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING program to be low impact and safe yet fun and challenging!

We are moving our much loved Mommy Fitness program indoors for the season! We've partnered with a beautiful and spacious NOHO holistic health facility and will be providing classes as well as seminars all season long.

Looking for a strength training program but

a) Don't want to leave you baby at home?

b) Can't find a fun and challenging workout?

c) Worried the instructor isn't certified to deal with your postnatal health?

If you loved doing challenging and smart workouts before becoming pregnant but now all you can find available is yoga and stretching classes, then we can help.

Sick of people telling you that you shouldn't lift more than 5 pound weights and that you should "just take it easy"? Well, maybe let them carry a 12 pound baby for hours at a time and see if their shoulders and arms hurt! Lifting your little bundle of joy out of their crib? Well then you should really learn how to properly deadlift or you might hurt your back!

Yoga & Pilates are great but it wont make the realities of motherhood any easier. Momnipotent Fitness takes on the actual physical olympics that is day-to-day motherhood. By strengthening your body, you remove the pain and hardship so that all that's left for you and your baby to experience is eachothers joy!

We focus on functional exercises designed to

a) Help recover and strengthen your postpartum body and core.

b) Work on functional movements that you now experience handling your new baby in order to make daily life easier and prevent postpartum injury.

c) Deal with specific issues such as diastasis, pelvic floor weakness/dysfunction, lower back pain, etc...

d) Include your baby - allowing for increased positive bonding experiences

We require that you have had your 4 to 6 week doctor's check-in and that you have been cleared to workout.
