The VEX Robotics Competition at St Cloud River’s Edge Convention Center at the end of January will be the area’s seventh consecutive world-qualifying event. Teams from high schools, Boy Scout troops, and 4-H programs from around Minnesota will compete. The is a three day event with Middle Schools and High School teams competing on January 30th and 31st on the game Tower Take Over. More information on the game Tower Take Over can be found

. On February 1st the Elementary Schools will compete in the VEX IQ Game Challenge Squared Away, more in for on the Squared Away Game can be found

This event is hosted by St. Cloud Technical & Community College. It is a celebration of bright young minds in the STEM fields. It is free to attend and fun to watch as the different levels of competition take place over the weekend. For more information and complete rules, visit the official
