Tai Chi Movement
These classes, led by Tai Chi Sifu, Neal Arida, will teach the Yang Family Long Form 108 along with Qigong organ exercises. Learn and practice these ancient Chinese Arts of health restoration and self-defense, by combining breath control with rhythmic, slow- moving choreographed body movements. Health benefits include improved balance, improved circulation, the lowering of blood pressure, increased flexibility, and enhanced breathing. Your first class is free!
Beginning Tai Chi~ 2:00pm to 3:00pm
We will begin with learning standing postures, breath control and body movements. Exercises will be tailored to your abilities and limitations.
Intermediate/Advanced Tai Chi ~ 3:00pm to 4:00pm
We Learn to enhance vitality, improve overall health, reverse aging, clear our minds and lift our spirits through Qigong.
Classes are held Tuesdays & Thursdays. The cost is $35 per month for Mizell Members or $65 for Non-Members. Or you can drop in for $10 for Mizell Members or $15 for Non-Members. Sign up at the Mizell Ticket Window or call 760-323-5689 ext. 107.
