Must be 21+ (ID required & will be checked). No refunds if ID is not presented
Venue is located on the South side of the river, between Michigan ave & Columbus dr. The best staircase access point: by Stetson ave.
Be on time & allow 15 additional minutes for logistics - parking, walking, checkin-in
Cancellation Policy
30 Days full refund or full credit cancellation policy applies. Tickets are transferable but not refundable if cancellation is requested less than 30 days prior to the event. Event cancellation due to the severe weather conditions will be communicated via email 2 hours prior to the scheduled event and will result in the credit towards future events. If experience is cancelled by the venue and not related to the weather conditions, a full refund or credit option will be provided.
