This 45 min class features mitt work to focus on your technique and speed. You will practice mitt holding and punching. ALL LEVELS WELCOME!
About this Event:
Do you struggle with Mitt Holding and want to improve? Are you a trainer who incorporates mitt work into your sessions? Do you want to ensure you and your partner gets the most out of their striking and mitt work? If the answer is yes to any of the questions above, this class is for you. We will cover basic and intermediate levels of holding and you will receive a great cardio workout. This class is free to our members and only a $10 drop in rate for non-members.
