Misty Hyman BREAKOUT! Swim Clinic at Del Norte Dolphins

Olymic Gold Medalist MISTY HYMAN returns to Del Norte for the 2nd year in a row to share her outstanding water instruction and powerful stories to help the Dolphins BREAKOUT! for the summer of 2019!

Cost in only $50 to spend the day with one of TEAM USA's greatest ambassadors and communicators.  Misty will cover the essentials of butterfly, backstroke, freestyle and of course, the secrets of the 5th stroke, the DOLPHIN KICK!  

Misty will also touch on nutrition, academics, balance, motivation and goal setting.  

Important Schedule info!

9am-11:30am is 12 - 18 yr old swimmers with 8:30am check in for pictures and autographs

11am-12:30pm is  8 -  11 yr old swimmers with 10:45am check in

Full schedule flow is:

8:30am autographs and pictures for 12-18 yr olds

9-11am water instruction for 12-18 yr olds

11-11:30am joint talk with older and younger and parents together

11:30-12:30pm water instruction for 8-11 yr olds

12:30-1:00pm autographs and pictures for 8-11 yr olds
