The purpose of this group is to allow investors to come together to do deals. We are very proud that members are taking initiative to do deals. Reading blogs and watching videos are great, but taking action is even better.

This group has amazing multifamily investors with all sorts of experience from duplexes/triplexes to large 3,000 unit portfolios in hot areas. It's amazing! I understand that there is a strong desire to come together, partner up and buy bigger properties.
