Join Chelsea Brewer of Brewer & Marr Glassworks for a night of making glass sun catchers.! You'll get to choose your own color combo, and be guided through the basics of the copper foil stained glass method to produce your very own beautiful sun catcher! Walk away with the knowledge & appreciation of the stained glass craft and your very own sun catcher to display in your home or car, etc.
The workshop will be equipped with:
- Mini Portal Sun Catcher designs to choose from
- Colorful glass
- Copper foil & burnishing tools
- All supplies required for assembly
- Choice of finish: Silver, Copper, or Black Patina
PLEASE NOTE:
Be prepared to get your hands dirty! Making stained glass sun catcher's is a lotof fun and can be dangerous. We will be handling sharp objects, HOT irons to liquify solder, as well as various chemicals. Splatter happens! For your protection aprons, oven mitts, latex gloves, respirators, goggles, & first aid kit will be provided.
MUST BE 18+ YEARS OLD TO PARTICIPATE:
This workshop is best suited for humans 18 and up. A standard Release of Liability waiver will be provided and must be signed by the participant at the beginning of the class.
