Minervas inspires, supports and connects women wantingto make a difference in the community.Minervas helps develop consciousness and intentionality on the contribution women can make to the world.Through the process of Circles of Dialogue we train women in communities and in organizations to set up their own Circles of Dialogue spreading seeds of peace.VisionWe envision a world in which women help reestablish the skewed balance, by fully integrating yin & yang energies.A world ruled by love, compassion, peace and joy. A world, which men and women collaborate, share, respect and recongnize their human oneness with nature. MissionMinervas seeks to create a new balance in the world by unleashing and integrating the feminine perspective into all we are and do.  We develop women as conscious change agents through Circles of Dialogue and other processes that are scalable, thereby multiplying the impact as we change the world.
