Minecraft Challenges (Spring Quarter) - Menlo Park, CA 2020

WE'RE BRINGING SOCIAL INTERACTION TO MINECRAFT - AND WEAVING IN LOTS OF FUN AND HEALTHY COMPETITION. In our Minecraft Challenges class, we’ve bundled all that kids love about playing in Minecraft and woven in a strong social and teamwork element. What does that mean? Our Minecrafters work together in custom-built, Sparkiverse-only adventures. Each week introduces different types of challenges, worlds, materials, and tasks to accomplish - from collaboration in a team quests to thinking in small teams to solve challenges. Whether your student is new to Minecraft -- or has taken other Sparkiverse Minecraft classes - they will love our Minecraft Challenges! And since we design and build our own challenges each week, students can repeat this class as many times as they’d like! This class is a perfect example of our healthy tech approach. Having organized classes and activities ensures that students work together with other Minecrafters and learn teamwork, collaboration, and digital citizenship. It gets students out of their rooms and interacting with other students all doing what they love - Minecrafting! 11 Week Session - No Class 2/20
