Mindfulness Meditation Wednesday EVENING class is at Whole Foods “yoga studio” 3535 NE 15th Ave. Portland.

Class fee $10 - $20 sliding scale. Access the yoga studio using the stairs at the back of the store next to the refrigerated wine and beer section. The door says "Team Members Only", but go ahead and head on up. The studio is an immediate left at the top of the stairs. Bring your own meditation cushion, yoga mat and blanket, or use the supplies in the studio. Chairs are available.
