All are welcome to this twice monthly meditation gathering whether you are a first timer or an experienced practitioner. This experience will focus on mindfulness meditation, self-compassion and community conversation to inspire and equip first timers or experienced meditators in evidenced-based mindfulness meditation.
This is a great way to strengthen your meditation practice in a warm, supportive community.
We will be using Palouse Mindfulness curriculum for the learning and discussion elements during our time together.
