Celosia Arcadia is a Holistic Health Educator and Movement Instructor at Sonoma State University. She brings her extensive experience in Yoga and Feldenkrais methodology along with her passion for health and wellness to the table. Erin Saunders is a Health and Wellness Coach with a background in education and clinical hypnotherapy. She has studied Western Herbalism, massage therapy, reiki, and nutrition extensively and is excited and passionate about all things related to healing and wellness.

This workshop will focus on mediation and movement, herbal remedies and nutrition for deeper sleep and relaxation.
