Mindful Yoga and Hardwiring Happiness
Find peace while we stretch, strengthen, and relax each muscle in the body and learn about and experience hardwiring happiness, also known as positive neuroplasticity, through the ancient gentle form of yoga. Destress, breathe and connect the mind, body, and spirit. Come in comfortable clothing; yoga mats will be available if you do not own one. Yoga blankets and other supportive props will be offered to make sure you are comfortable and benefit from our time together.
