JOB DESCRIPTION: Volunteer Millennial Choir Member; we're looking for (300) Millennial Choir Members, ages 22 through 37! Nature of the Position: Millennials will worship through song at Holy Temple of Faith Church of God in Christ. Outline of Responsibilities: To ministry in song EVERY FIRST and SECOND SUNDAY, @ the 11:00 am, Sunday Mid-Morning Worship Experience, and attend Choir Rehearsals. Millennial Choir Members assist at other services on request as available (e.g. Additional Services, Good Friday Easter, Funerals, Weddings, New Years Eve) attend weekly choir practices January through December. TUESDAY NIGHTS @ 7 P.M. What Will You Get from being a part of the Holy Temple of Faith Millennial Choir; • You will gain musical experience, education, and discipline • You will share your talent and develop your spiritual gifts • Spiritual development; grow in Christ through discipleship • Emotional support and expression • Fellowship/Family/Fun • And remember – choir members get reserved seating on Sunday! Millennials will enjoy working in and with a team; and a willingness to adapt to changing forms of music. Millennials will receive Support, Supervision and Mentorship. Including but not limited to training under the direct supervision of the Pastor, Choir Director/Worship Leadership and Organist. Participation: Millennial Choir Members; we're looking for (300) Millennials AGES; 22-37 years old. Length of Term Open term, at discretion of Millennial Choir Member and the Pastor. Benefits of Volunteering as a Millennial Choir Member, is a deep sense of involvement in the leadership of the worship experiences at Holy Temple of Faith Church of God in Christ, your peers and the Community at large.
