Managing Non-Projects
Course Overview
Microsoft Project is a scheduling tool. Nevertheless, work other than project work can be managed using the PPM toolset. Indeed, it is important to include all work, both project work and non-project work, in a total resource allocation picture. The “Managing Non-Projects” module is a hands-on class that provides best practices for managing work activities that are not true projects, but are part of the overall work for a resource. Project Managers learn about the different types of non-projects and how best to build, staff, and managing this work in the PPM environment.
