Bird Tour FAQs

1. How much does it cost?
   FREE! If you enjoy your tour, the recommended donation is $5/person which you can donate online or at the event.

2. How long are the tours?
   The Birds of Ballona tour is about an hour long. For our littlest birders, please select the Family Nature Tour, which is 20-30 minutes and covers less ground.

3. Can I bring a stroller?
   Yes on the Family Nature Tour. On the Birds of Ballona tours in the marsh, strollers must be sturdy with larger wheels that can go off-road.
   

4. How many tickets can I reserve?
   Only 4 tickets per person. If your group is larger, you must register mulitple times. Space is limited, so if you can no longer attend, please contact us so we can release the tickets for others. These tours are NOT intended for large groups. 5. Do I need to bring binoculars?
   Nope! We will have binoculars for you to check out for free. You are also welcome to bring your own if you'd like.

6. Can I register on the day of the event?
   Maybe! If there are spots available or no-shows, then yes. Sign ups will be at the registration table
