Middleburg Heights Recreation Center: Yoga All Levels (Monday)

All Levels Vinyasa Flow yoga class with attention to breath and movement. Appropriate for beginner thru advanced students.

Classes are Monday evenings at 6:15pm - 7:15pm in the KidZone room. Sign up in advance is not required but preferred for class to start on time

• Drop-in $12

• 5 Class Pass $45

• 10 Class Pass $80

***Bring a yoga mat, towel and water. If you purchase a class package your sign in will be tracked when you come to class. I look forward to moving and breathing with you!
