The Office of Talent Development and Performance Management is pleased to announce the start of the City of Detroit’s Mid-Year Review process for 2019-2020.
As a manager or supervisor, who supervises people, you will be asked to complete a Mid-Year Review for each of your direct reports. Attending this 1-hour seminar will offer you an opportunity to refresh your knowledge of the Mid-Year Review process.
During the Mid-Year Review Seminar, you will review:
•The Mid-Year Review process;
•How to give and receive effective feedback; and
•Tips and techniques to conduct a successful Mid-Year Review
ID badge required for entry/verification.
