Microsoft  Outlook 2016 Introduction Workshop This class is for City of Baltimore employees only. This course is intended for individuals who have little or no familiarity with Microsoft Outlook 2016 or more experienced Word users who want to learn the topics covered in this Outlook course in the 2016 interface. This workshop introduces the 2016 interface and gets individuals up and running quickly working with messages, calendars, and contacts. Learning Objectives: Work with new features in Outlook Work with the Ribbon, Tabs, Groups, and Commands. Work with the Backstage View. Set up accounts and work with messages. Work with calendars and contacts. Use the Tell Me feature and other new features in 2016 Target Audience:       Any City Employee Pre-Requisite:             Basic functionality in Microsoft Office products Time:                           9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Location:                     City of Baltimore Learning Center                                     7 E. Redwood Street / 15th Floor / Adams Computer Lab Price:                          $185 per person To register for workshop: Please click on SELECT A DATE to choose your selection. Then click on REGISTER to complete your class registration. Office of Learning & Development Workshop Cancellation Policy Upon confirmation of enrollment, employees should note the date(s), time(s) and location of the workshop on their personal calendars and make every effort to attend as scheduled. Requests to cancel a registration must be received via email to Training@Baltimorecity.gov at least three working days prior to the scheduled date to avoid charges. Agencies will be charged full workshop price for  "no shows" ("No Shows" are registrants not present in the session by the start time.)  The Office of Learning & Development reserves the right to cancel a workshop if the number of registrations received is such that it would make it cost-prohibitive and in that case, workshops will be canceled one week in advance of the scheduled date.   If you have any questions, or are unable to attend this training, please call the DHR Learning & Development team at 410-396-1411 or email training@baltimorecity.gov We look forward to seeing you!
