MFA Late Nites returns in April! We're partnering with local organizations and artists to celebrate the opening of "Writing the Future: Basquiat and the Hip-Hop Generation" with a night full of DJs, pop-up performances, delicious food, and much more.
Performances by local hip-hop acts Oompa, STL GLD, Camp Blood, and Edo G headline. Five of the artists featured in the exhibition—Fab 5 Freddy, Futura, Kool Koor, Lady Pink, and Lee Quiñones—join the celebration, and the collective HipStory captures the evening with interviews from guest artists, community members, and attendees. Additional performers on STL GLD's stage include Edan, Dzidor, and Just Plain Jones.
