Metro Token Comedy (MTC) is a monthly stand-up showcase featuring the best local comics who champion diversity, inclusion, acceptance, and most importantly, hilarity. Our showcase featured comics you've seen on Netflix, Colbert, Letterman, Hulu, NBC's Last Comic Standing, JFL, and more! We are now bringing our show to Colorado.

Lauren Dufault is our host for the evening. Lauren performs all across the US and internationally. Lauren performed at FOCO FX, Longmont Laughfest, and the Southwest Chief Bicycle & Comedy Festival, and produces monthly shows called Jokes, On You and Big Girl Pants in Denver. Janae Burris is a comedian, actor and event host in Denver as well as a South Los Angeles native. Janae opened for comedians such as Michael Che, Roy Wood Jr., Beth Stelling and Josh Blue. Janae also performed at Just For Laughs Montreal, Portland’s Bridgetown Comedy Festival and Limestone Comedy Festival. She is the first woman added to the Comedy Works Problist in fifteen years and was crowned Comedy Works New Faces Champ in 2016. Follow Janae on Instagram.

Grace Jung is an LA-based comic from New York who performs in clubs & cities across the US and internationally. She was part of the 2019 HaHa Harvest Festival lineup in Portland, Oregon, and named Comic of the Week on the Jackie & Laurie Show. Follow Grace on Instagram and Twitter.

Kayla Esmond is a queer comedian based in LA. She was named by Thrillist as the "Best Undiscovered Comedian" in Arkansas. Kayla was featured in the DC Comedy Festival and the Art of Female Comedy Festival in Wichita. She most recently appeared on Kill Tony where she made Bonnie MacFarlane laugh. She took home the first Roast Battle win of 2020 at The World Famous Comedy Store. Kayla was also in the feature film God's Not Dead 2, but don't hold that against her. Follow Kayla on Instagram.

Ai Yoshihara is an LA-based Japanese American comedian who performs and hosts regularly at Flappers Comedy Club. Over the last 20 years she's been living in the US, Ai performed stand-up comedy, improv, as well as sketch, including training at the Upright Citizens Brigade.
