Mentor Information Session

Calling future mentors!

You are invited to join us at Santa Clara University for an introduction to mentoring with Miller Center on Tuesday, June 27 at 5:00PM in Nobili Dining Room at Santa Clara University.

This is an opportunity for you to come and learn more about Miller Center, our social entrepreneurs, and mentoring opportunities with us. We are looking for mentors with strong business and operational experience. While ideal mentors exhibit a number of qualities, we are especially seeking individuals with a passion to become a trusted advisor. The mentors must have the interpersonal skills to interact and empathize with a person from a different culture, who is often struggling with minimal resources and funding.

After the program, we invite you to stay for dinner and meet current Miller Center mentors. We will also be hosting a kickoff program from 6:30-8:00PM that you are welcome to attend.

Space is limited, so we ask that you RSVP so we can make sure we have enough food and beverages for dinner. Please indicate which events you plan to attend when you RSVP. 

The event will be live streamed and recorded so if you can’t attend you will be able to view the presentation.

Please use this street address for the Parking Structure nearest Nobili Hall, where the "2017 GSBI Mentor Information Session" is taking place in the Nobili Dining Room:

Instructions for Parking:

• Bring your license plate number (photo works) with you to any parking kiosk in the structure (2 per floor)
• Enter your license plate number
• Select "Daily Parking"
• Select "Coupon"
• Enter the coupon parking code: GSBI 2017
• Place the parking permit on your dashboard, face up.

A map of the walking directions from the parking structure to Nobili Hall is here.  Nobili Hall is located behind the Mission Church.  When you reach Nobili Hall, turn left and enter through the Nobili Dining Room entrance.
