Mental Wellness Meetup

We offer a safe space for musicians and those those involved in the music scene to chat about successes or challenges they're facing while participating in the music scene. We have a small handful of support agreements in order to participate:
- Practice self care
- Respect one another
- Make self for self and others
- Practice phone etiquette
- No ableist, homophobic, transphobic, racist, etc. language
- Keep an open mind and refrain from judgement
- Practice double confidentiality
- No rescuing please
After doing self check-ins and sharing successes and challenges we're facing, we open up the discussion and share (or listen).
