David Hyde Pierce joins Bernard Labadie and Orchestra of St. Luke’s on stage at Carnegie Hall for an all-Mendelssohn program that explores two of the composer’s most beloved works. The program begins with Mendelssohn’s exuberant Violin Concerto in E Minor with violinist Isabelle Faust and is followed by the fantastical A Midsummer Night’s Dream Overture narrated by Hyde Pierce with soprano Lauren Snouffer, mezzo-soprano Cecelia Hall, and the Women of the Westminster Symphonic Choir.
