Men's Nude Yoga for Sexual Health @ Solar Culture in Tucson SUNDAYS

Men s Nude Yoga for Sexual Health is held at Solar Culture, every Sunday, from 3-6pm. This class focuses on hip opening, guided breathwork, and features talks on the deep interconnectedness between yogic practice and the sexual nature of the body. Many practices offered are aimed at bringing greater circulation and ease to areas such as the prostate, urinary system, and the entire pelvic region. My aim as a teacher is to create an environment of openness, self-expression, and inner exploration. Yoga is sex, and each week I will guide you through a practice that emphasizes this truth.
The schedule is as follows:
3pm - Doors open, get naked and comfortable in the environment. Socialize and come together in one space.
4pm - Yoga practice begins in the main room.
5-5:30 - Practice ends, 30-60 minutes of social time before we close down for the evening.
6 - Close
Depending on the sequence I am teaching, we may go for 1 to 1.5 hours. Typically the class will be a blend of Yin and Hatha style. This class is appropriate for the beginner level, with stages and variations offered along the way. More advanced variations are offered for those who are seasoned practitioners and wish to go a bit further.
Nine Guidelines for this Gathering:
1.Must be 18+ to enter, no exceptions
2.No shirt? No shoes? No problem! You do not have to expose your genitals or derriere to participate in this community, but it is required that you remove your shoes and shirt in the space.
3.You assume responsibility for yourself and your body. I trust you to make good decisions and to listen when offered the advice "You may want to stay here in this stage of the pose." Do not push yourself past your personal capacity - this is practice, not performance. If you have any physical limitations or are looking for a bit of extra attention during class, please feel free to let me know before class begins.
4.No hooking up in the venue. While we are going to be practicing sexual exploration and self-pleasure on our own mats, I request that you do not hook up in any of the side rooms or restrooms. Consensual, sensual touch is alright. Cuddling, massage, etc go for it.
5.After yoga begins, quiet in the chill-out rooms. Talking is okay but keep it at a hushed whisper so as not to disturb the class. When Savasana begins, I request complete silence throughout the venue.
6.No spectators in the main room once yoga begins. If you are not practicing, I ask that you remain in the chill-out rooms until the practice is over. People are vulnerable both when nude and when practicing and it is important to not feel like someone is staring at them.
7.No strong colognes or body sprays.
8.Leave your cellphone in do not disturb mode regardless of the room you are in.
9.Respect the venue. It took a lot of calling and searching to find a space that would accept us into their building and allow us to be radically ourselves. Please help me in maintaining our relationship with Solar Culture Gallery.

Price to attend: It s Free! Well, for you. I am paying $150 per month to rent the space. It would be awesome if I could break even, but I will never turn anyone away for lack of funds. Sharing the practice and creating community is what matters most.
