Module 1— Promote: Performance with Fulfillment (55 minutes)
Stimulate employee performance with high fulfillment to optimize satisfaction and meaning in work that effectively uses employees’ talents.
Module 2— Stimulate: Individual Growth (55 minutes)
Lead each employee differently based upon their stage of growth within their position.
Module 3— Answer: Five Questions (55 minutes)
Provide all the necessary information about the organization, recognize contributions appropriately, and create an environment where it’s safe to ask for help.
Maria Wardwell – Maria is a high energy, results oriented professional with 35 years of progressive accomplishments. Prior to joining McCourt, Maria spent 15 years in the banking industry in a variety of management and individual contributor roles. Maria has extensive experience in leadership development, performance management, change management, building team effectiveness and workflow redesign. Maria shares her leadership expertise with many McCourt Associates clients. She brings a clear understanding of group dynamics and expertise in interpersonal communications to the classroom.
