Finding the right job fit is critical for family members and your business.

Sometimes family members are also not sure about their (or other employees) best fit within the business, whether they are just starting or have been in the role or business for many years.  Recognizing your own and other’s strengthens, weaknesses, and opportunities early can help improve careers, motivation, results, and enjoyment.
