Join us for the Thursday mid-week tempo run.
We'll start as a group at the restaurant, run for exactly 20 minutes (bring your watch?) on sidewalks and around The Crossings of Colonie Park, turn around, and run back, retracing our steps and trying to meet back at the start point at the same time. Go whatever pace you like, and take whatever route around the park you like, but try to keep the same pace on the way out and back so that we all finish together!
Afterward, we'll hit the restaurant. Meet us at the there around 7:20 if you just want food/beverages.
