Let's meet in front of Brown's on River Street, run together at a conversational pace to the start of the Uncle Sam Bikeway, run up it at our own paces for exactly 15 minutes (bring your watch?), turn around and run back, regrouping back at the trail head 30 minutes after we left it. Then we'll jog back together and hit Brown's. Go whatever pace you like on the trail, but try to keep the same pace on the way out and back so that we all finish together!
