Meditation - Mondays with Kim de Beus

What is MONDAY MEDITATION and MUSING? It’s both a quiet space for meditation AND a time to EXPLORE and ENCOURAGE one another with new ways of Being.  
Are you needing a mid-day soul boost, or a listening ear(s) and a safe space to help unravel an issue, event or person that has left you off center, do you need a word of encouragement in order to get through the remainder of the day or week or are you integrating a new paradigm into your life but not quite sure how it fits? Then MONDAY MEDITATION and MUSING is for you. Here’s how it works, following our 30 minute meditation time (includes a 20 minute sit) we’ll grab a cup of tea (or bring your own light snack or sack lunch) and for those wishing to stay we’ll open the space for safe discussion. Kim de Beus, MA, CSD, loves the inner journey, mindfulness, centering prayer, music, animals and grandkids.  Kim says that “finding a meditative practice has been life changing and helps ground me to the ever present stillness of Mystery; even in the midst of (the mess of) life.”
