Our first meditation club group was such a success that we've decided to open another day. There are 3 levels to this club, and in the first level we will learn the fundaments of meditation through breathing techniques and body scan. We will learn to recognize our thoughts for what they are just. Thoughts, and give ourselves permission to be present through our breath.
Preregistration is required as space is limited. Mondays Nov 5-26 at 11:30am-1PM $40 for the month
