• What we'll do
Online Meditation Classes until COVID-19 situation improves.
These sessions will help you review progress, identify and overcome personal challenges in learning meditation. Through Book study, we also reflect on the spiritual principles that help practitioners gain wisdom, have deeper experiences and develop spiritually. We recommend minimum 4-6 classes before next level sessions. Children and Teens above 12 can attend with their parent/s.
