You cannot deny that people that are generally happy are so very loving by nature. This isn t a coincidence. One of the main causes of our own happiness is wishing others to be happy. Actively cherishing and thinking about the happiness of others will always give positive results.
In this class, we will look at how to practice loving-kindness in our daily activities and how to bring this into our meditation practice.
