Meditation is not about changing who you are, but is about knowing yourself better and accepting yourself.
Meditation teaches you how to observe the inner workings of your being. You do not have to force your thoughts to stop. You sink into quiet and stillness as you turn your focus inward.
We will cool down the body from this well-rounded fiery power class by tapping deeper into the breath and body with a 30 minute guided meditation. Various practices of Pranayama, Kriya, Mantras and Visualizations will be threaded into this guided meditation, so students may return back to center and quite the mind.
