And there’s something beautiful when you journal after meditation.
Meditation is a practice of awareness to achieve mental clarity, connection with oneself, and an emotional calm state. Meditation is a powerful tool to help you live in the present moment, work with your emotions, live more consciously, strengthen your immune system, and many other benefits.
Each month we will explore different themes of meditation with a more specific focus each week. The class will begin with a brief introduction to meditation (benefits, posture, etc). We will then explore the theory and practice the theme of the month. The class will finalize with a relaxing sound bath using crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments to embody and integrate what was learned during class.
Bring a journal/notebook and a pen.
