Join us for our first, of many, pairing dinner at the New Browndog Barlor in Northville.

Chef Chris and the team from Cellarmen's will be pairing 5 Courses with 5 of Cellarmen's Brews

#1: Red snapper cevice 

Beer: lime ginger mule 6%

#2: Charcuterie and cheese plate

Beer: Dry cider 6.5%

#3: Pork belly with black garlic, colis, coconut milk

Beer: Lady boy 7%

#4: Smoked duck breast with sweet potato puree

Beer: cherry ember 8%

#5: Honey ice cream with chocolate covered coffee beans and garnished with honey glass

Beer: coffee cider 6%

Doors open at 6:00 for pre-drinks (not included). Dinner will start promptly at 7:00
