Elite Mens – Elite athletes will be required to complete the workout wearing a 20 lb. vest. Send Bio and Pic to christy@crossfitsisu.com. Suggested time under 40 min, required 45 min. Elite Womens – Elite athletes will be required to complete the workout wearing a 14 lb. vest. Send Bio and Pic to christy@crossfitsisu.com. Suggested time under 48 min, required 53 min. Rx Mens – Rx athletes will be expected to complete the workout without scaling. Scaled Mens - Athletes can do banded or jumping pull-ups and push-ups from the knee. The run remains the same. Rx Womens – Rx athletes will be expected to complete the workout without scaling. Scaled Womens - Athletes can do banded or jumping pull-ups and push-ups from the knee. The run remains the same. Mens Team (2 people) – BOTH team members are required to run both miles. The rest of the reps can be split however teammates wish. Scaling is allowed. Co-ed Team (2 people) – BOTH team members are required to run both miles. The rest of the reps can be split however teammates wish. Scaling is allowed. Parent/Child Division (2 people) – Both athletes will be required to complete both miles. Reps will be scaled to 50 pull ups, 100 push ups and 150 squats. Reps can be split any way they want. Children must be 15 and under.
