LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon conclusion of this general session, participants should be able to:
- Summarize recent developments and challenges in managing resistant hypertension.
- Construct a management plan for hypertension complicating pregnancy.
- Compare various blood pressure measurement techniques.
- Differentiate treatment options for ANCA associated renal disease.
- Critique various treatment strategies for hyperkalemia.
TARGET AUDIENCE
This course is designed for nephrologists, transplant nephrologists and surgeons, cardiologists, internists, primary care physicians, family practice physicians, other specialists, medical trainees, and advanced practice professionals who particpate in the care of patients with kidney disorders, hypertension and kidney and/or pancreas transplants.
