Their diverse output includes Star Stuff — peaked #1 on contemporary jazz Billboard charts — and Plays A Love Supreme, that Jazz Times said “holds Coltrane’s revered album in the highest esteem.” M2’s 8th album, 'Paradise,' is masterful piece of psych-jazz.
DAYDREAM REVIEW (Elijah Montez) creates dreamy psych pop. His music takes a sonically nostalgic quality, as he weaves classically psychedelic pop sounds à la 1967 Beatles with a synthpop sensibility. Recently, Montez released the first single off his upcoming full length LP, "With You," which weaves his characteristic lush psychedelic tone with subtle nods to the psychedelic soul and funk genres that emerged in the late '60s and early '70s. Live, Montez is joined by Zac Bron (Breether) on keys, Eric Black (Big Blood) on drums, Derek Muhl (East Facade) on bass, Danny Rincon (Blunt Corner) on keys and rhythm guitar, and Kait Murphy on tambourine and backup vocals.
