Mat-Su Regional Family Birthing Class

Join our Labor and Delivery nurses as they take you through the end of your pregnancy, signs of labor, what to expect at the hospital, comfort measures during labor including medications, epidural and non-medication options, potential interventions, the birth process, what to expect immediately after birth, and much, much more! You will be empowered with the knowledge and skills to have a birth experience that will be memorable and rewarding. Registration includes the class for the expectant mother and her support person, class materials and a tour of the Family Birthing Center. Choose one of our 1 day sessions that fit your schedule. Please dress comfortably and feel free to bring a snack or beverage.
