In this workshop led by Matthew Downey, participants will walk through a step-by-step process to managing a more effective annual fund program.

Matthew Downey has worked in the nonprofit sector as a consultant, program manager and development officer for more than 20 years. He is currently the nonprofit services program director for the Johnson Center for Philanthropy at Grand Valley State University where he oversees the Johnson Center’s technical assistance and capacity building services for nonprofit organizations. Read more about Matthew.
