Manager Roundtable Session with Kristin Clark

It’s been just over a month that I’ve been OMP in Syracuse and I’m really enjoying my time with you all.  Everyone has been so welcoming and friendly, and I really appreciate people taking the time to stop by and introduce or reintroduce themselves.  We have a great group of people and a lot of potential to continue to grow our CNY presence.

I look forward to spending time with all of you, but given the number of people in our office, it would take a long time to coordinate and hold one-on-one meetings with everyone.  Rather, I’ve decided to schedule small group meetings for each level, regardless of which team you’re on.  These meetings are not mandatory, but I’m hopeful they will provide an opportunity for you to meet with me and your peers and let me know what’s on your mind, what you think I should be focusing on and how we can best work together.
