The goals of this course are to help you develop skills that will enable you to tell when a person in your care is escalating to the point of violent behavior, and to react appropriately. If you can do that, then you can avoid confrontation, stay safe, and keep others around you safe. You’ll be able to recognize the warning signs and stop them or divert them.
This course will teach you how to recognize and react to dangerous situations.
The course is recognized by the California State Board of Registered Nursing. Once you have completed this course, you will receive a certificate of completion from the California State Board of Behavioral Sciences for MFT and LCSW licensure.
