The Managed Change Practitioner workshop is a two-day course from LaMarsh Global for emerging change management practitioners. You will develop a working knowledge of the Managed Change methodology and begin applying the proven approach on real changes happening in your organization.
1. Education: Candidates participate in a two-day facilitated workshop, learning and practicing the Managed Change methodology with related processes and tools.
2. Experience: Partnering with a LaMarsh Global coach, candidates will work virtually to develop and implement change plans that demonstrate their ability to apply the Managed Change methodology to real changes happening in their organizations.
3. Examination: Participants re-convene virtually after successful implementation of their change plans to confirm competency through testing and simulations.
You will receive a globally recognized certification and develop confidence in managing change, in addition to continuing education hours. LaMarsh Global is an official education provider for the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) and the Project Management Institute (PMI). The Managed Change workshops are eligible for 21 hours of continuing education hours by the ACMP and 14 hours by the PMI.
Anyone that is responsible for developing and leading a robust change management plan or project team members who recognize the value of incorporating change management into project plans. Many attendees are project managers, change leaders, continuous improvement and IT professionals, HR and organizational development professionals and project team members.
