Mama Movement, Dance class designed for mother's.

This one is for you Mamas! It’s your class, not theirs, BUT this time they can come! No sitter needed!

This hour long class is specifically designed for mothers to enjoy a good old fashion dance class while being able to bring your baby along. No carrier needed! My goal is to help you rediscover your body through dance. This Jazz contemporary fusion class is a perfect combination of a full body warm up, across the floor conditioning, and unique combinations to build on. For many of us our bodies may still feel foreign after pregnancy and don’t know where to start. We will focus on using movement to heal us. We will take things at a comfortable pace that does not intimidate our bodies but encourages them. Whether you’ve previously danced or haven’t danced at all, YOU are welcome to join! Grab your little, get out, come move, and find your body again!

Babies! You are always welcome to bring your little along. If you get a sitter, go with it! Babies are NOT required. Class max capacity is 12 mamas so everyone will have enough elbow room. The studio is a large, beautiful, and clean facility with room for them to crawl and socialize. I will bring a bucket of baby traps and toddler toys every week to help us out. Will this go perfectly as planned…. NEVER! I absolutely expect a certain amount of chaos. At Mama Movement we will embrace it! Change the diapers, give the loves, feed the littles, and do what we do best, MOM!
