Mama Flow at the Brewery

Back by popular request...Yoga just for Mamas at Open Outcry Brewing Company! Lovely spring weather permitting, we'll be practicing on the new rooftop patio!
Move and breathe through 60-minutes of prenatal- and postpartum-friendly slow flow. Enjoy a pint of craft brew (or NA drink of your choice) from our friends at Open Outcry and chat with other neighborhood moms after class!
You'll build strength, cultivate balance and stability in your body and stretch your tired mama muscles. All levels and stages are welcome.
I'll provide tips for pregnant, new mamas and those with diastasis recti and pelvic floor issues.
