WELL MAMA CAFE PRESENTS: CONNECTION AND RESTORATION CIRCLE

Well Mama Cafe is a cozy space for the modern mama to unload, rejuvenate, and give back to themselves. A place to let go of expectations, especially those we impose on ourselves.

We join together to celebrate an uncurated image of motherhood. We provide a space to reconnect with ourselves and learn to make space for our emotional needs while meeting new mama friends and having a cup of coffee.

This month at Well Mama Cafe, we unpack the "mental load of motherhood". We discuss the unspoken list of expectations, worries, and responsibilities we carry that can lead to burnout. While incorporating empowering discussion with light yoga and mindfulness techniques we strive to restore our emotional tranquility as nurturers.

*This is an adult only event as we want to provide a space for participants to let go of outside responsibilities while present  thank you

There is a parking lot in the back of the building and guest parking on the east side of the parking garage.
